吉林一正药业集团是由吉林省一正医疗科技有限公司与四平制药股份有限公司（创立于1958年）重组建立的民营高新技术企业，公司集中药材种植、科技研发、生产经营、医疗服务为一体，具有药品、保健食品、化妆品三大生产体系是吉林省重点医药骨干企业。目前拥有8个全资子公司。资产总值5.8亿元。员工3000人（其中营销人员2500人）。总占地面积142万平方米，建筑面积12万平方米，年生产能力可达10亿元。2013年12月全剂型通过新版GMP认证。2016年实现销售收入6.25亿元集团上缴税金3388万元，市直工业排名11,市民营企业位居第2名。

公司具有丰富的产品资源，现有国家中药保护品种5个；家生产品种6个；24个品种列入《国家基本药物目录》；59个品种列入《国家基本医疗保险和工伤保险药品目录》。

自主研发的治疗胰腺炎、胆囊炎的新药“双黄栀胶囊”现已获得临床批件。该药临床证明效果好，治愈率高、副作用小，一经上市可取代市场上传统药物，市场广阔，销售前景非常可观。还有治疗妇科病的“消糜康卡波姆凝胶”，治疗胃病的特效药“胃康胶囊”、“抗敏颗粒”等一大批现代中药产品的相继上市，打造出一条符合国际标准的一体化现代中药产业链，构建了现代中药产业的集群优势。

Jilin Yizheng Pharmaceutical Co., LTD is a privately operated high and new technology company founded by both Jilin Yizheng medical technology Co., LTD and Siping Pharmaceutical Co., LTD (founded in 1958).

Combining the planting herbal remedies, technology research and development, line operation, and medical service, our company becomes the key medical enterprise producing medicine, health care medicine, and makeup. Now, with 8 wholly-owned subsidiary, our total assets reach ￥580 million. 120 thousand meter square and 3000 employee (including 2500 marketer), annual total yield can reach ￥1000 million.

In Dec. 2013, all our products was certificated by GMP. In the year of 2016, our gross sales was ￥625 million with ￥33 million tax, which was rank 11 municipal industry and rank 2 private enterprise in Jilin Province.

By the efforts all these years, we developed plenty of exclusive medicines. One of the most famous medicines, Yizheng hypoglycemic capsule, is evaluated to be national patent of invention. In recent years, independently developed medicine, ShuanghuangGuijiao Gao, treating for pancreatitis and cholecystitis has received clinical approval. By clinical research, it is proved having low side-effect, high cure rate, and good effect. It is possible to be sold well and substitute the traditional medicines. Plus, we are also conducting research on gynopathy, gastrosis, and etc.
